WOW Fluro Embossing Powders

These are a bright, loud and vibrant range of embossed finishes. Unfortunately the prints here can only give a rough idea of their wonderful statements of colour. TECH TIP: These powders are opaque so their colours will always emboss unchanged. When used for moulding they produce milky effects.
