Brilliance ink is also perfect for stamping on or applying directly to ordinary paper, tissue, wood, and other porous surfaces. Instructions and tips: Tap stamp gently on pad and press evenly on paper. Drying time varies depending on paper texture and weight. Heat setting will speed up drying time. Embossing is optional.
