Craftables Scrap Affair Auckland 29th-30th Apr 2023 - Full Payment

Thank you for your interest in our inaugural Auckland Scrap Affair Event.

So, to confirm a few details for you (note some of these may be updated closer to the event)

Location : Flatbush Old School Hall (cnr Murphy's Road and, Flat Bush Road, Flat Bush, Auckland 2016). There is a small parking lot for the hall off Cranford Drive.

Times : We will look to start on Saturday at 9am and go through to 5pm, Sunday will be from 9am to 4.30pm

Each day you will be given 5 layouts kits with full instructions to put together, these will include a variety of different techniques - which you can do at your pace, expert help will be on hand if you need any assistance with these.

What to bring : We won't have a lot of spare room in the hall, so basic scrapbooking kits only please. A full equipment list will be sent through later this month. We will have a pop up shop there with all the essentials if needed.

Also as the venue has plastic chairs, you may want to consider bringing along a cushion to sit on.

Food : We will be providing morning and afternoon teas, as well as all day tea/coffee/juice. You will need to supply your own lunch. The venue does have a kitchen with a microwave and oven. Alternatively, there is a cafe about 300m down the road which I will be contacting to see if they can provide some catered lunch options - More details to follow. We will also have our pancake breakfast Sunday morning for anyone interested.

Accomodation : For those who need it, there are plenty of accommodation options nearby, if you need any help with this please let me know.

Anything else : Probably... I will be in touch when further details come to hand - its not just about the scrapbooking, come along and be prepared to have a great time, we have lots of fun, plus a few surprises planned for the weekend.
